Postage & Packing Charges

Pots will despatched using Parcelforce or Royal Mail.

Delivery charges will be added to prices shown against each item. I will advise on prices on application but the most suitable service will be used each time. For large orders it is possible I myself will make the delivery in order to ensure safe delivery of your pottery.

Complaints & Returns

If goods are supplied by “mail order” the requirements of the Distance Selling regulations will apply to the contract, which includes a 7 day “cooling off” period. Details of this can be supplied if requested with the confirmation of order, when delivery will be arranged.

Goods purchased in person are not subject to those regulations.

Customers wishing to return purchases for any reason should use email or telephone Hundred-Aker-Wood Pottery and state their reasons for the request. Such requests will be treated sympathetically. Should a piece of bespoke pottery be ordered and the customers wish to return their purchase due to a change of mind or for reasons out of Hundred-Aker-Wood Pottery’s control then delivery charges are unable to be refunded.

Terms and Conditions of Providing Samples

I am pleased to provide samples of your ideas/proposed orders but for new customers I have to request a flat fee of £15 for a maximum of 3 samples.

This one off charge will be required to be paid prior to samples being made and dispatched. This only applies to new customers. Sorry but I am unable to send samples overseas. I accept orders for overseas but will not be able to provide samples prior. Please contact me to discuss if you are an overseas customer.

My standard payment terms requires a deposit of 50% of the order price prior to the items being made. Should for any reason Hundred-Aker-Wood Pottery fail to complete the order as agreed then the deposit is returnable in full. If the customer fails to pay the balance in full prior to despatch of the items then Hundred-Aker-Wood Pottery reserves the right to keep the deposit. Payment terms for returning customers are negotiable. Please ask for details.
